I enjoy having take outs esp during the weekends. However, it’s also great to cook them from scratch as it’s super easy. This is my version of “Sweet & Sour Fish” my all time fave take out. It’s simple to make and you can find the ingredients at your supermarket. Enjoy :)
Sweet & Sour Fish
 Ingredients:
2 fish fillets - cut into chunks 2 tbsp of corn starchSalt and pepper
Add In the above ingredients and deep fry it until golden brown. Once cooked set aside. 
Sweet & Sour Sauce 2 tbsp of ketchup 2 tbsp of sweet chili sauce 1 tsp of sugar 1 tbsp of vinegar 1 tsp of corn starch 1 cup water  Salt and pepper to taste
In a bowl mix all the sauces together and set aside. 
Vegetables:
1 red pepper - cut to bite size pieces 1 yellow pepper - cut to bite size pieces 1 small onions - cut to chunks 1 cup of pineapple  1 red chili – chopped
Method:
Heat up the frying pan and make sure it’s super hot. Fry the onion until brown. Add in the veges and fry for 30 seconds. Add in the sauce and cook until thicken. Lastly, add in the fried fish and cook for another minute. Serve with warm rice and enjoy :)
